DRIVERS in High Wycombe have reported issues with their cars breaking down after filling up at Jet.
Marian Coman from Wycombe visited the Desborough Park Road filling station at around 12pm on Saturday.
20 minutes later he discovered white smoke appearing from his car.
He filled up the car with 14 litres of diesel when shortly after paying, an error message popped up on the car dashboard reading: "Water in fuel - Contact Service".
Jet has confirmed the fuel has been contaminated.

If you suspect that diesel fuel has water contamination, it's crucial to address the issue promptly to prevent damage to your engine and fuel system.
Stop using contaminated fuel
Stop using the diesel fuel with water contamination immediately.
Continuing to run your engine on water-contaminated diesel can lead to serious damage.
Drain the fuel tank
If possible, drain the entire fuel tank to remove the water.
Visit a garage or contact Fuel Doctor to remove the fuel for you.
Replace Fuel Filters
Water can also be present in the fuel filter.
Replace the fuel filter(s) to remove any water that may have collected in them. Additionally, check the manufacturer's recommendations for your specific vehicle.
Check for Leaks
Inspect the fuel system for any leaks that may allow water to enter. Address any leaks promptly to prevent further contamination.
Consult a professional
If you're unsure it's advisable to consult a professional mechanic or technician. They can conduct a more thorough inspection and provide specific recommendations for your situation.
Seek written confirmation from your mechanic that problems with the vehicle are the result of contaminated fuel
Call insurance provider
