Drivers have been warned of queuing traffic near High Wycombe due to roadworks.
Morning traffic was affected on the A40 and nearby roads today (January 9) after emergency roadworks caused queues.
Residents took to social media to warn others after slow moving traffic on Hammersley Lane towards London Road and Robinson Road in both directions.

An emergency road closure was put in place on Rayners Avenue between January 8 and 20 due to works on the railway bridge.
The bridge needs repairing after bulging brickwork is falling on to the carriageway and footway below, Network Rail said on One Network alerts.
Diversion runs from London Road through Hammersley Lane to Robinson Road during the works.
