POLICE have issued a warning after burglars snatched ‘expensive’ tools in Buckinghamshire.
Thames Valley Police issued a warning to Marlow residents in particular after residential burglaries in the area targeting work tools.
The force gave a “heads-up” for any builders and trades-people on social media after the concerning incidents.

“Recent residential burglaries in Marlow have resulted in the loss of some very expensive power tools and other equipment,” it said.
Police told builders to “protect yourself against tool theft” with four tips.
- Tools are removed from site every day
- Buildings are alarmed and/or have security
- Building sites restrict out-of-hours access
- Tools are security marked and registered
