The M40 has reopened after a crash caused hour-long delays.
A collision between junction 2, for Beaconsfield, and junction 1A Denham, left traffic at a standstill.
The accident was first reported at 2.56pm.
As traffic feed Inrix reported, there was queueing traffic due to the accident.
The vehicles were moved to the hard shoulder shortly after the incident.
Residual congestion caused delays on the opposite side as motorway lanes were temporarily closed to assist recovery.
Highways England reported 15-minute delays against expected traffic.
The road has since been cleared and normal traffic conditions have resumed.
