OMNIPLEX has opened its High Wycombe cinema and we've had a look inside to see the new changes.
Omniplex Cinema Group, the largest cinema chain in Ireland, has opened five new sites in the UK acquiring venues in High Wycombe, Birmingham, Ipswich, Sutton and Clydebank from Empire Cinema after the UK-based company collapsed into administration back in the summer.
The new High Wycombe venue opened on Sunday, December 10, and has been welcoming cinemagoers into its Crest Road site following a period of acquisition as part of Omniplex's 18-month £22.5 million expansion project across Great Britain.
Photographs of the redesigned venue show the new refurbished foyer inside.
The reopening under new management coincides with the release of family film Wonka, in which Timothée Chalamet plays a younger version of the iconic Charlie and the Chocolate Factory character.
Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom is screening today, as well as Ferrari, Anyone But You, Godzilla Minus One and Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes as well as more. Mean Girls will also be arriving on January 17.
Tickets are available now for £4.95 each when booked online at www.omniplexcinemas.co.uk.
