Regular meetings ensured that “concerns are addressed promptly” and updates are shared.
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities are supported “well,” including staff training and working closely with the school, parents and other agencies to “ensure consistency”. Staff also know the children and families’ circumstances.
Parents praised the staff for the care and support, the report said.
They described staff as “warm and caring.”
