Police have issued an update after a Christmas Day crash destroyed a nursery wall.
Thames Valley Police provided an update following the crash on Christmas Day, which damaged part of Acre Wood Nursery School in Amersham.
A black Mercedes SLK 350 crashed through the flint-stone wall of the nursery on Woodside Road, plunging well into the classroom normally used by the children and staff.

Police have now confirmed they received a report of “drink or drug driving” at about 6.15pm on Monday, December 25.

A spokesperson for the force said: “A black Mercedes Benz crashed into a building on Woodside Road, Amersham.
“A 59-year-old woman from Amersham was arrested on suspicion of driving whilst unfit and failure to provide a specimen at the roadside. She has since been de-arrested.
“Anyone with information about the incident, or who has dash-cam, CCTV or mobile phone footage is urged to contact Thames Valley Police either online or by calling 101, quoting reference number 43230575957.”
The car wreckage was pulled out of the nursery and towed away today (December 28).
