A man has been fined after he littered fast food packaging while driving in Buckinghamshire.
The driver of a silver Mercedes was caught littering in Iver on September 29
CCTV footage showed how the motorist threw fast food packaging from his car.
A witness reported the selfish action and the driver was identified and investigated, Buckinghamshire Council’s fly-tipping enforcement team said.

The driver had paid a £150 fixed penalty notice, meaning he has discharged his liability and avoided court prosecution.
Council leader Martin Tett commented on the littering on X (formerly Twitter), saying “we need tougher penalties.”
He said the driver “clearly thinks the Elves will clear up”.
