A man in his thirties has warned all motorists after a horror crash left him with ‘life-changing’ injuries.
Toni Serrao’s life was turned upside down on June 4 after a drink and drug driver Ghanada Boldescu smashed into his Nissan Leaf on the B485 Frith Hill near Great Missenden.
Boldescu’s reckless and selfish actions left Toni with life-changing injuries while the male passenger in Toni’s car was seriously injured.
Toni said: “To the person who was driving the car that hit me that day, I cannot say that I am ready to forgive you, yet. Your reckless actions have put me through hell in the last six months, something I wouldn’t wish upon even my worst enemy.

“While I may not know if you intended to harm anyone that day, I hope that this incident serves as a valuable lesson and a warning to others who choose to drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
“Regardless of how careful a driver may be, it is crucial to remember that our actions on the road can have dire consequences when interacting with other drivers.”
Boldescu was sentenced to three years and two months' imprisonment on Friday, December 15.
