A motorist in Buckinghamshire was reported to the police for driving without a full licence and having a 'dangerously restricted' view of the road.
Thames Valley Police received a report of dangerous driving in Gerrards Cross on Tuesday evening (December 19) when a motorist was spotted operating a vehicle with a "dangerously restricted" view of the road.
The driver, whose front windscreen was largely misted up in a photo shared by the police, was also found to be a provisional licence holder travelling without 'L' plates or proper supervision.
A spokesperson for the force issued a reminder to other road users: "Please ensure your windscreens are clear before setting off."
