A police helicopter has rushed to help after a burglary in Buckinghamshire.
Thames Valley Police patrols were out in South Buckinghamshire when officers responded to a burglary near Gerrards Cross on Wednesday evening (December 13).
Burglars had entered a storage facility before stealing a lorry, trailer and a mini digger.
Roads Policing units pursued a vehicle and requested assistance from the National Police Air Service (NPAS), who dispatched a helicopter shortly after 11pm.

The chase ended in the middle of a highway, where officers arrested one man.
A spokesperson from NPAS said a helicopter attended the incident, arriving on the scene at 11.14pm, where they assisted the force before departing at 12.14pm.
The stolen items were recovered and an investigation in ongoing, Thames Valley Police said.
