Continuing on from last week, many schools across the county have been getting into the Christmas spirit with their festive shows.
Seven days ago, we looked at how the Chalfont St Peter Church of England Academy have been entertaining their communities with two brilliant productions.
Their Year 6s performed 'The Show Must Go On', which looks at a person called Edward, who needs help to save his theatre from being knocked down.
All children in Year 6 made up the cast and had a role to play as actors, singers, presenters and dancers and it was was met with rave reviews from parents.
Their Year 4s also starred in several productions, which took a different twist for the Nativity story.
Co-joint assistant headteacher Nicola Alburg continued: “The Year 4 children told the Christmas Nativity story in their performances of ‘Superstar’.
“The audiences were treated to the retelling of this traditional story as well as being reminded to shine brightly and be superstars themselves at Christmas time.
“The children performed superbly well - their confidence, enthusiasm and talent made every performance a real treat.
“Christmas has certainly started at Chalfont St Peter Church of England Academy!”
And they weren't the only ones who took to the stage as schools in Marlow, High Wycombe and many of the surrounding areas did too.
Pupils from reception, Year 1 & Year 2 performed 'The Big Little Nativity' at the Hawridge & Cholesbury CE School, St Joseph's in Chalfont St Peter also did a Nativity whilst an Early Years Christmas concert took place at Ash Hill.
