A fish and chip shop in Great Missenden has been awarded a one-star hygiene rating following a recent inspection.
The Fish & Mangal, which is based along Station Road in the town, was given the lowest score possible after an examination on Tuesday, October 31 this year.
Upon examining the establishment, it was concluded that whilst the structural compliance was given a mark of ‘good’, the food hygiene and safety needed an ‘improvement necessary’ mark.
