A CAR has been blocking a pavement outside a garden centre for "far too long" according to a resident.
The untaxed vehicle is currently parked on Aylesbury Road, Weston Turville, next to Dobbies Garden Centre.
The resident claims the parking tickets issued on the vehicle are often "taken off and discarded."
Daniel Ing addressed both Bucks Council and Thames Valley Police in his complaint.

Daniel has also reported the abandoned vehicle to the Bucks Council parking team, but the car remains on the pavement.
He said: "This has been reported to the “parking team” many times over the last few months but the van remains in everybody’s way. How many ineffective warnings can you give someone?"
Buckinghamshire Council's Cabinet Member for Transport Steven Broadbent said: "We are aware of this issue and one of our parking officers has now visited the site and taken relevant enforcement action.
"Anyone who sees a vehicle blocking a pavement or parked in a restricted zone (such as on double yellow lines) should report this to us via our website."
