It had been confirmed that the person in question had his car tyres deflated via the stop-stick, but ‘decamped’ to try and evade getting caught.
His tactic failed, and he was eventually arrested for dangerous driving, failing to stop and failing to provide a specimen for analysis.
They remain in police custody.
