EIGHT drivers from across Buckinghamshire have been in court recently for breaking important driving laws.
From speeding to using their mobile phone while driving, here are some drivers who have been in court:

A WOMAN has been fined after being caught driving over the 30mph speed limit.
Mary Pacitti, of Chesham Road, Ashley Green, was caught on May 4 this year on the A404 Wembley speeding in a Land Rover Range Rover.
The 57-year-old was caught driving 35mph in a 30mph speed limit on a RedSpeed SpeedCurb camera.
At Lavender Hill Magistrates Court on November 13, she pleaded guilty and was fined £146.
She was also ordered to pay £90 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £58.
Her driving record was also endorsed with three penalty points.
The total amount to pay is £294 by the start of December.

A DRIVER has been fined after being caught using a mobile phone while driving.
Vishal Patel, of Ayres Close, Aylesbury, was caught on February 23 in London using a hand-held mobile telephone while driving.
The 42-year-old was caught in a Mercedes driving down the A406 Circular Road and charged under the Road Traffic Act 1988.
At Willesden Magistrates Court on November 13, he pleaded guilty and was fined £153.
Patel was also ordered to pay court costs of £100 and a victim surcharge of £61.
His driving record was also endorsed with six penalty points.
The total amount to pay is £314 by the start of December.

A WOMAN has been fined after being caught driving over the 30mph speed limit.
Emma Clark, of Chequers Avenue, High Wycombe, was caught on April 30 this year on the A40 in Shepherds Bush in a Land Rover Range Rover.
The 24-year-old was caught driving 36mph in a 30mph speed limit on a Siemens SafeZone camera.
At Lavender Hill Magistrates Court on November 13, she pleaded guilty and was fined £72.
She was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £28 and a collection order for court costs has been made.
Her driving record was also endorsed with three penalty points.
The total amount to pay is £100 by the start of December.

A MAN has been fined after being caught driving over the 30mph speed limit.
Daniel Houssein, of Holmer Green, Buckinghamshire, was caught on May 3 this year on the A404 Shepherds Bush speeding in a Lexus.
The 33-year-old was caught driving 42mph in a 30mph speed limit on a Siemens SafeZone camera.
At Lavender Hill Magistrates Court on November 13, he pleaded guilty and was fined £166.
He was also ordered to pay £90 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £66.
His driving record was also endorsed with three penalty points.
The total amount to pay is £2322 by the start of December.

A MAN has been fined after being caught driving over the 50mph speed limit.
Bevan Givens, of Walton Street, Aylesbury, was caught on April 16 this year on the M1 in Luton.
The 42-year-old was caught driving 58 miles per hour by junction 10a on a Specs Speed camera.
At Lavender Hill Magistrates Court on November 21, he pleaded guilty and was fined £192.
Hee was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £77 and court costs of £110.
His driving record was also endorsed with three penalty points.
The total amount to pay is £379 by the end of December.

A DRIVER has been fined after being caught using a mobile phone while driving.
Jack Slade, of Gardens Close, Stokenchurch, was caught on February 13 in London using a hand-held mobile telephone while driving.
The 27-year-old was caught in a Volkswagen driving down the A402 Holland Park Avenue and was charged under the Road Traffic Act 1988.
At Willesden Magistrates Court on November 15, he pleaded guilty and was fined £133.
Slade was also ordered to pay court costs of £90 and a victim surcharge of £53.
His driving record was also endorsed with six penalty points.
The total amount to pay is £276 by the start of December.

A MAN has been disqualified after being caught driving without insurance and a licence.
Arnold Malaj, of Park Street, Aylesbury, was caught on July 31 this year in London driving without third-party insurance and a valid driving licence.
The 27-year-old was caught in a BMW driving down Barley Lane and was charged under the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988.
At Willesden Magistrates Court on November 16, he was found guilty and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
He was also fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £264 and court costs of £110.
His driving record was also endorsed with eight penalty points.
The total amount to pay is £1,034 by the end of December.

A MAN has been fined after being caught driving over the 60mph speed limit.
Bilal Iftikhar Abbasi, of Severn Way, Bletchley, was caught on April 7 this year on the M1 in Caddington.
The 36-year-old was caught driving 77 miles per hour between junctions 10 and 11 Northbound on a RedFlexSRX camera.
At Luton Magistrates Court on November 22, he pleaded guilty and was fined £128.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £51 and court costs of £100.
His driving record was also endorsed with three penalty points.
The total amount to pay is £279 by the end of December.
