A MAN has been disqualified after being caught driving without insurance and a licence.
Arnold Malaj, of Park Street, Aylesbury, was caught on July 31 this year in London driving without third-party insurance and a valid driving licence.
The 27-year-old was caught in a BMW driving down Barley Lane and was charged under the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988.

At Willesden Magistrates Court on November 16, he was found guilty and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
He was also fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £264 and court costs of £110.
His driving record was also endorsed with eight penalty points.
The total amount to pay is £1,034 by the end of December.
