An investigation has been launched after waste has been dumped in Oakley, the Aylesbury Vale district in Buckinghamshire.
Buckinghamshire Council are investigating two commercial fridges with general waste contents which were fly tipped in Oakley.
The council said there is evidence of "origin found at scene".
Adding: "We'll be going to Oxford this time - hope producer has fulfilled their duty of care or will face enforcement."
Residents are encouraged to report dumped waste on the council's website Fix My Street.
Fly-tipping is the illegal dumping of rubbish, whether it's a single bag or a vehicle load of rubbish.
It is a criminal offence and punishable by an unlimited fine or imprisonment.
