Citygate Kia has commented on what the past year has been like since they took over the former Perrys Ford site.
In February, Citygate announced it was taking over the former Perrys Ford site on London Road after it was awarded the Kia franchise in High Wycombe.
Citygate has invested £1.3 million into the dealership between February and June alone to provide “customers and staff the very best automotive facilities,” Citygate group’s head of marketing Ellie Cohen said.
After a recruitment push for new staff before the opening, all vacancies have now been filled and “dedicated sales and service teams are now in full swing, committed to providing exceptional service to the local community,” she said.
“Our recent milestones include the successful launch of our fully operational MOT bay, receiving positive feedback on our showroom and facilities from local customers, and consistently high customer satisfaction scores.
“Additionally, our event for the new Kia EV9 launch was a resounding success, with 15 orders placed on the day.”
In August, Citygate Kia announced the addition of a dedicated showroom for the popular Chinese electric car GWM ORA alongside the Kia showroom.
“We have been overwhelmed by the significant interest this fantastic new fully-electric brand has had and can only see these stunning new cars and brand going from strength to strength.
"We would like to extend our gratitude to the local community for their support and understanding during the sites redevelopment and Citygate Kia and Ora look forward to welcoming many new local customers to our new home in the upcoming year,” Ellie added.
