Two people have been arrested following a car crash that resulted in a damaged phone line.
In the evening of November 18, the Wing Neighbourhood Police Team noticed a car ‘driving in a suspicious manner’ where it was revealed that the motorist was driving without insurance in Mursley.
The officers then attempted to stop the vehicle but failed to do so, causing a mini chase.

Those in the car then crashed into a nearby field, striking a telephone pole before trying to flee the authorities on foot.
They were soon apprehended and were eventually taken into custody.

Their recklessness has since caused several ‘disruptions’ in the village after the car that was being driven struck a telephone pole.
Thames Valley Police have confirmed that ‘repairs are ongoing’ along with their enquiries.
