A PIZZA takeaway in Downley has been awarded a new hygiene rating.
On the Food Standards Agency’s website, it shows that Giant Pizza, based at 6 Cross Court in Plomer Green Avenue, Downley, was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on October 11.
The scheme gives businesses a rating from 5 to 0 which is displayed at their premises and online so you can make more informed choices about where to buy and eat food, with five being 'very good' and zero being 'urgent improvement needed'.
