A man charged with non-recent sex crimes involving children has had his court case postponed again.
James Robert Tossell, 56, of Ivinghoe Aston, Buckinghamshire, was charged with multiple sexual offences on September 3.
He was charged with eight counts of sexual assault of a girl, two counts of sexual assault of a child by penetration, three counts of sexual activity with a child and three counts of making indecent images of children.
The charges relate to non-recent offences in Buckinghamshire.
To date, his hearing at Aylesbury Crown court has been adjourned twice.

He was due to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court initially on November 6, but this was adjourned due to “insufficient court time,” HM Courts and Tribunals Service said.
His hearing was relisted for Tuesday, November 14 at the same court, but it had to be postponed as “the judge was not available,” HMCTS said.
Mr Tossell is due to appear on Thursday, November 23 at Aylesbury Crown Court.
