A respected High Wycombe sports shop that has moved into shirt restorations and old kit printings has revealed they have been ‘swamped’ with orders, just seven days after launching.
Sport Crest, which is located within the Eden Shopping Centre, offers regular sporting goods that range from tennis, golf, hockey, track and field plus more.
However, they also take customer requests when it comes to old kits that need to be worked on, a niche offer that has been kept under the radar for the last six years.
This is great news!

SportsCrest in High Wycombe have confirmed they will now print old shirts.
Why is this? It's because they have got thousands of old letters and numbers going back to 1997.
They also do shirt restorations!https://t.co/WAC5YJbkyp
And it’s only been until November this year that their services were made public knowledge amongst the football kit community.

This came after several memorabilia collectors asked the establishment if they did one-off requests which Sport Crest obliged to.
And following our chat with the shop at the start of the month, the store has since confirmed that it has been ‘swamped’ with orders.
James McKenzie, 24, who oversees the printing process, said: “Of course, we have a lot to offer in the shop, but in terms of the printings and shirt restorations, we cannot believe the number of requests that have come in after we went public.
"We've been so busy.

“I’ve printed names on some very old Arsenal shirts which include restoring one of them, I’ve got eight kits to print on Saturday [November 11].
"One of them is a Manchester United 1998/99 home kit.
“That’s when they did the treble and the customer, of course, wanted Beckham 7, on the back.
“I also restored a Wycombe shirt from about 10 seasons ago.
“It was when they had FIFA as their sponsor and the kit was in pretty bad shape, so they saw what we did, came in, and they got their shirt back as good as new.
A massive thank you to @CPFC_MACK for fixing up my Arsenal 2012/13 away shirt which happened to be a charity shop find.

“I’ve done several England shirts in that time, with one of them being from the 2002 World Cup, and we even had one person come into the store and ask for a load of Harry Kane name sets.
“We had some that date back years which have been left in storage, so I’m glad they have been put to good use.”
