A 'gorgeous' hand-crafted postbox topper has appeared in Little Chalfont.
One resident spotted the detailed work of art, which a mystery crafter must have spent hours creating.
The knit and crochet topper on the postbox on Chenies Parade features three soldiers dressed in uniform with their hands raised in salute.

The soldiers stand around a white cross with a poppy and ‘In Remembrance’ written on it, surrounded by dozens of crochet poppies flowing down from the display.
A resident said it was “gorgeous” and “very apt” to mark the Remembrance Day.
Amersham, Chesham, Chalfont St Peter and Chalfont St Giles are all hosting Remembrance services on Sunday, November 12, with road closures in place to allow residents to pay their respects to those who lost their lives in war.
