A MAN has been fined after being caught throwing a cigarette on the floor outside an underground station.
Lee Wall, of Red Lion Way, High Wycombe, was caught on January 17 this year throwing a cigarette on the ground outside Pancras Underground Station.
The 46-year-old was charged under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and was summoned to court.

At Highbury Coroner Magistrates Court on October 31 this year, he was fined £220 after being found guilty.
He was also charged an £88 victim surcharge and £150 in court costs.
The total amount to pay is £458 by the end of the month.
