Lunch club members have praised the sessions in Little Chalfont as a ‘great day out’.
The lunch club held at The Kokum Indian restaurant on Elizabeth Avenue tackles loneliness for over-65s with a two-course meal every fourth Sunday of the month.
Participants praised the initiative, saying in anonymous feedback forms given to the organisers the food is “wonderful” and “always great.” One member said they “really enjoyed meeting some new people.”
Another participant said the telephone booking and parking were "easy."
