The branch on Corn Market is classed as a digital service branch, meaning there are no counter services available.
However, customers can book an appointment by phone.
The Post Office branch on Castle Street also offers some banking services, HSCB said.
HSBC is one of four remaining banks with a branch presence in the town alongside Natwest, Lloyds and Barclays.
The HSBC in Marlow shut permanently in July.
