A business which closed its doors last week has already been replaced with a barbershop.
Hazlemere Lighting regretfully announced back in July its decision to shut for good after "38 wonderful years."
Like most independent businesses in the current climate, the Hazlemere Lighting in Market Parade could no longer remain open and officially closed on Wednesday, October 18.
They wrote on Facebook: "So it’s finally time to shut our doors and say a huge thank you to all of our loyal customers over the years that have supported us so brilliantly.
"It’s been a huge pleasure to serve you and be your one-stop shop for all your bulbs over the years.
"Although the shop is now shut we plan very soon to have our website back up and live with all the bulbs, batteries, fittings that we still have left over as there is a LOT!
"We will be operating a local delivery service so you’ll be able to order all your favourites from us still and we’ll deliver straight to your door. We will announce when live so you’ll still be able to get your traditional, halogen and LED lamps.
"For the time being though again, a BIG BIG THANK YOU for such fantastic support over the years."
Luckily they will be operating an online service so you can purchase bulbs, lamps and more.
Since the closure, the unit has been rebranded with a completely different business taking over.
Trendy Barbers is now taking over the store, bringing 'Authentic Turkish barbering' to residents needing a new haircut.
The barbershop will be opening on November 10.
