Police recovered £600 worth of goods after arresting shoplifters, one of whom was in possession of a blade, at a Waitrose in Buckinghamshire.
Two individuals have been arrested for shoplifting offences at the Waitrose supermarket on The Backs in Chesham after Neighbourhood Officers were informed of the incident while on patrol in the area.
One of the two offenders, who was in possession of a bladed article and actively resisted arrest, was later identified as a suspect in numerous other theft offences.
Approximately £600 worth of goods were recovered by officers following the arrests.
