IAN AVERY, 34, of Harrow Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to one count of assault and to damaging a Samsung Galaxy A50 to the value of £220 on October 7 last year in Denham. He was given a community order to complete 30 days of rehabilitation activity, be made subject to electronic monitoring, and to pay £220 in compensation. There was also a victim surcharge of £114.
AMIE PARTON, 30, of Woodley, Reading, pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention in Woodley on April 6 as well as driving without a licence and without third-party insurance. She was fined £660 and had nine penalty points added to her driving record. There were also court costs of £110 and a victim surcharge of £400.
DANIEL BIGNELL, 42, of Latimer Road, Chesham, pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention on December 7 last year in Amersham. He was fined £80 and had five penalty points added to his driving record. There were also court costs of £110 and a victim surcharge of £32.
MALCOLM LUBBOCK, 65, of Bracken Close, Slough, was found guilty of recording another person doing a private act for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification on November 28, 2021. He was jailed for six months and made subject to a restraining order. There was also a victim surcharge of £114.

It is established in the UK that court cases should be heard in public.
