A WOMAN has been ordered to pay over £300 after being caught throwing a cigarette on the floor.
Jenifer Waters, of Broadlands, Milton Keynes, was caught on May 13 this year throwing a cigarette on the floor near Enfield Town train station.
The 39-year-old was charged with throwing litter on the floor under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.

At Highbury Corner Magistrates Court on October 2, she was found guilty in her absence and fined £220.
She was also ordered to pay £125 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £30.
The total amount to pay is £375 by the end of this month.
