Two babes from Buckinghamshire stole the spotlight at a film screening in Covent Garden.
Bambi and Kingsley from Kew Little Pigs farm in Amersham attended a glitzy screening of Babe at the Garden Cinema in London.
Thanks to the appearance by the two mini-pigs, moviegoers got an immersive experience of the classic Dick King Smith story of Babe, who takes part in sheep dog trials.
The sociable duo mingled with the audience throughout the screening.
Kew Little Pigs founder Olivia Mikhail gave a speech before the film, sharing her story of starting the family attraction in Old Amersham as an ethical micro pig breeder after being inspired by her daughter’s love of Babe and Charlotte’s Web.
"From our perspective as piggy fanatics the more people who see and interact with little pigs the better. And what better way to do that than at a screening of Babe. We hope that we can do this again with the Garden Cinema, and maybe other cinemas would like to invite us along too,” Olivia said.
Coven Garden wasn’t Bambi and Kingsley’s first ever rodeo as they regularly attend outside events such as school fetes, birthdays and weddings.
