A man has been charged after a victim in his 40s suffered cuts to his face and body.
The emergency services were alerted after reports of an attack on White Lion Road in Amersham on Monday, September 25.
Following a Thames Valley Police investigation, a man has been charged in connection with an assault in Amersham.
Michael Padden, 55, of Buckingham Way, Frimley, Surrey, was charged with one count of section 18 wounding with intent today on September 28.
The victim, a man in his 40s, was taken to hospital for further treatment, where he remains in a stable condition.
Padden was remanded in custody and appeared at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court today.
He was further remanded in custody and is due to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on October 30.
