THE EMERGENCY services have responded to a ‘critical’ incident in Buckinghamshire today.
The police and air ambulance were called after reports of a person in need of critical care near White Lion Road in Amersham at about 9.50am today (September 25).
Concerned residents took to social media after rumours of a stabbing near the retail park off the A404 White Lion Road.
Police have now confirmed they are treating the incident as a stabbing after a man in his forties was rushed to the hospital.

A Thames Valley Air Ambulance spokesperson confirmed: “We can confirm that our helicopter and a critical care response vehicle were dispatched to provide advanced critical care at an incident in Amersham today.”
