THE LOOK inside a planned new luxury spa and gym has been revealed.
David Lloyd Clubs has given a sneak peek of its planned new wellness centre inside the exclusive Newland Park development in Chalfont St Peter.
Works are currently underway to transform the historical Newland Park into 74 houses and apartments across the 200 acres site, with prices of homes ranging from £695,000 to £1.905 million.
The developer Comer Homes and David Lloyd are now in the "final stages" of securing the planning approval for the gym and spa from Buckinghamshire Council, the developer said.

David Lloyd Clubs group acquisitions director Stuart Caswell said they have now submitted the application and are "optimistic about delivering an exceptional health and wellness facility within the stunning Newland Park development" open both residents at the development and the surrounding areas.
"Additionally, it will create numerous jobs for the local community across a range of roles in the sports and hospitality sector. We eagerly anticipate confirming plans with local authorities and commencing work on this new David Lloyd Clubs development.”
Construction of the gym site is expected to create more than 60 construction jobs and generating over £4 million for local subcontractors and companies, Comer Homes said.
If approved, work on the site will start in 2024.
Once open, it is set to create more than 75 permanent jobs.
