Ozzy Osbourne has spoken out about the 'hellish' surgeries he has undergone prior to moving back to the UK. 

Former Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne, 74, appeared alongside his wife Sharon and children Kelly and Jack on the TalkTV chat show 'Piers Morgan Uncensored' earlier this week to discuss his upcoming move from the US back to his roots in Buckinghamshire. 

The 74-year-old spoke also to Morgan about his relief at recently undergoing the final surgical procedure of many after he broke his neck in a near-fatal quad bike accident back in 2003. 

He said that he was taking it one day at a time in regard to an imminent move back to his Grade-II listed property in the Chalfonts and is currently unable to travel due to ongoing recovery from his operation.

Osbourne, who has also been outspoken about living with Parkinson's disease, told The Observer last year that he was "fed up" with living in Los Angeles, adding: "I don't want to die in America. I'm English. It's just time for me to come home."

He told Morgan that the past five years had been a period of "absolute hell" for him and his family after the severity of an injury he had sustained from an accident in 2003 suddenly hit home after a fall in 2018.

"I finally had my last procedure two days ago, I can't believe I've come to the end of it.

"The family has been so supportive of me. I don't think I could have done it without them."
