Three people have been arrested following a police car and helicopter chase which ended in a major crash in a Buckinghamshire town.
Thames Valley Police has confirmed that three people were arrested after a police chase ended in a major crash in London End in Beaconsfield yesterday (September 20).
One shop worker in London End described the incident as a "car chase" with five or six police vehicles in pursuit of a white 4x4.
Another member of staff at John Lewis of Hungerford, at 37 London End, said there were "four people in the car and two guys in tracksuits who hid in front of a car right in front of their shop window".

A spokesperson for the police force said: "Three people were arrested in Beaconsfield following a collision between a stolen motor vehicle and a stationary vehicle.
“Minor injuries were sustained by two of the occupants in the stolen vehicle.
"The investigation into the incident is ongoing and we are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the collision or has any dash cam footage to contact us by calling 101 or via the Thames Valley Police website, quoting reference number 43230420936."
The 4x4 involved in the incident was towed from the scene and footage has emerged of arrests being made following the crash.
