Wycombe’s oldest building and much-loved cocktail bar Feel Lounge UK faces 'unanticipated challenges', appealing for help from the local community.

As things stand, due to the local statutory bodies’ unforeseen building regulation requirements, this historic venue must raise £15,000 by Sunday, October 15, to remain fully operational.

Wayne Spittles, the owner of the business, launched a fundraising campaign pleading for the public's help.'

He wrote: "Until we pay the additional £15,000 for the building regulations work we are heavily restricted in how we can use the building for the public and this is painfully damaging the prosperity of the business and our sales due to very limited capacity. We need your help.

"For months, our cocktail bar has been a hub of creativity, camaraderie, and delicious and exotic drinks.

"The funds we raise will be used to address these unforecasted building regulations, ensuring that our historically unique bar can continue to operate to at full capacity and provide a welcoming space for our loyal patrons

"This unexpected predicament significantly restricts the use of the venue, causing hardships to business operations and sales due to a limited capacity."

Feel Lounge UK has served the local community for months and is a familiar hub on the High Street where "countless memories have been shaken, stirred, and celebrated."

Unfortunately, the business now faces unanticipated hurdles that could disrupt the continuity of these festivities.

By contributing to the bar's preservation, donors will help maintain a vibrant and cherished element of the local community, breathing life into its history to animating its future.

Furthermore, contributions to the crowdfunding campaign will play a direct role in keeping the famous doors of the Feel Lounge UK wide open.
