A man has been charged with grievous bodily harm following an assault at the YMCA hostel in High Wycombe.
Andrew Turner, 35, of Crest Road in High Wycombe has been charged by police with one count of S18 grievous bodily harm wounding with intent, one count of knife possession and one count of affray.
Turner was charged for his involvement in the assault of a man in his forties at the YMCA on Crest Road on the evening of Tuesday, September 12.
The Free Press previously reported that the 40-year-old was stabbed after a 'disagreement' with another man at the hostel on Tuesday night.
The man remains in a serious but stable condition in hospital.
Turner has been remanded in custody and will appear in the Magistrates' Court on a date that has yet to be decided.
