A DRIVER has been fined after being caught using his mobile phone while driving.
Tyrone Joseph-Bell, of Moorcroft Lane, Aylesbury, was caught on February 7 this year using a hand-held mobile telephone while driving in London.
The 33-year-old was caught driving a Ford Index on the A13 Eastbound while using the device.

He was found guilty at Bromley Magistrates Court on August 23 and was fined £220 for the offence.
Joseph-Bell was also ordered to pay £110 in court costs and an additional £88 victim surcharge.
His driving record was also endorsed with six penalty points.
The total balance is £418 to be paid.
