LUKE DAVIES, 35, of Coxfield Close, Stokenchurch, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words of behaviour causing another person harassment on May 13 this year in Aylesbury as well as failing to provide a specimen for analysis. He was given a community order to complete 120 hours of unpaid work and was disqualified from driving for 17 months, reduced by 17 weeks. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

HASAN ALI, 43, of Pinewood Green, Iver Heath, pleaded guilty to driving without third party insurance on May 15 this year in Iver. He was fined £253 and his driving record was endorsed with six penalty points. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £101.

PETER DALE, 45, of Temple Lane, Marlow, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Bath Road, Tapllow on May 15 this year with namely 91 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £4,693 and disqualified from driving for 23 months, reduced by 23 weeks. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £1,877.

SERENA SECKER, 25, of Winchbottom Lane, High Wycombe, pleaded guilty to drink driving on May 17 this year with namely 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She was disqualified from driving for 19 months, reduced by 19 weeks and fined £323. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £129.
