A BUSINESS has been ordered to pay £1,500 in costs after a driver failed to give his identification to police.
DJ Autos, of Briarswood Close, Stokenchurch, had a vehicle stopped on March 17 last year in Sidcup.
The driver of the Audi car failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

At Willesdon Magistrates Court on August 16, the company was found guilty and was fined £1,000.
They were also ordered to pay a £400 victim surcharge and £100 in court costs.
The total amount to pay is £1,500 by the second week of September.
