BEFORE and after pictures reveal the pothole repairs which have been carried out as part of the council's £105 million investment programme.
More than 16,500 road repairs have been completed in Buckinghamshire since the start of a new council contract on April 1.
The repairs are in addition to the annual Buckinghamshire Council resurfacing program and highlight the significant impact of harsh winter conditions on the county's road network.
Currently, 15 teams are working round the clock, seven days a week to fix potholes and other issues.
These efforts are part of Buckinghamshire Council's £105m investment in road improvements over four years.
Alongside the ongoing repairs, more than 200 larger resurfacing, drainage, and road safety projects are being carried out on specific sections of the highways.
The dates for these works are subject to change due to weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances.
The progress made in road repairs is a result of the recent dry conditions, which have allowed workers to make significant headway.
However, the availability of materials and external factors beyond the council's control may still affect the schedule.
The council apologises in advance for any inconvenience caused.
The commitment to improving Buckinghamshire's roads is evident in the comprehensive program of repair and renovation projects.
