A man has been fined after dropping one item of litter in Buckinghamshire.
The littering happened after a blue car had pulled over on a layby in Denham on May 8.
The man, who is from Ruislip, was then caught on a traffic camera dropping a piece of litter out of the passenger side window.
Buckinghamshire Council’s fly-tipping enforcement team said he admitted the offence and paid a £150 fixed penalty.
Paying up means he has discharged his liability and avoids a court prosecution.
Buckinghamshire residents can win cash prizes by entering the LitterLotto, which aims to change behaviour around littering.
