A MAN has admitted to manslaughter in Milton Keynes.
Michael Sargeant, 77, of Bradwell Road, Loughton, pleaded guilty on Thursday (August 17) at Luton Crown Court to one count of manslaughter by diminished responsibility, which was accepted by the prosecution.
The conviction relates to the death of Christine Sargeant, who sadly died aged 73.
At about 8am on Saturday, May 20, officers were called to an incident in Bradwell Road, Loughton.

When officers arrived they found Ms Sargeant unconscious.
She was given emergency first aid at the scene before being taken to hospital, where she later passed away.
Sargeant was arrested at the scene and was charged two days later.
A Home Office post-mortem examination later established the cause of death to be a neck compression.
He will be sentenced on September 20 at the same court.
