A new job listing has given residents an indicator of when they can expect to have a 'luxury' cinema experience on their doorstep later this year.
Self-described "luxury cinema" chain Everyman gained planning permission for the construction of its venue in Marlow back in 2020 and now, three years on, an opening date is finally in sight.
A 'team member' job listing went live on the Everyman website at the beginning of August, encouraging would-be applicants to throw their hats in the ring and become part of "the revolution that's redefining cinema".
The new listing also hinted at when the highly anticipated cinema is set to open its doors at the top of Marlow High Street, with training for the 'team member' position expected to commence at the "beginning of September" ahead of what is likely to be an early autumn opening date.
The advertisement read: "This is a fantastic opportunity that allows you to develop your career within a fast-expanding business with a culture centred entirely around its people."
Candidates for the role don't need experience in hospitality but are instead asked to show traits including, but not limited to, "mountains of personality" and "an upbeat, hardworking and flexible attitude".

The listing is for a permanently contracted position with an hourly salary ranging from £7.75 to £10.50. The closing date for applications is listed on the Everyman website as September 15.
A spokesperson for Everyman confirmed that an official date had not yet been set but that it would be announced within the coming weeks.
Earlier this year, moviegoers were granted a sneak peek into the new Marlow venue, which is still under construction at the former site of the Steamer Trading Company on Market Square.
First-look images showed black and white photographs of icons from the Golden Age of Hollywood on the walls, a 70s-style geometric interior and colourful booth seating.
The independent cinema chain has managed to thrive against the odds over the last few years, opening and sustaining custom at over 40 venues across the UK whilst its competitors struggle to remain afloat.
Everyman's success might be attributed to a rise in the popularity of the 'luxury' cinema experience, complete with comfortable sofa and armchair seating, freshly cooked food and table service cocktails.
Despite the ongoing cost of living crisis, Everyman saw a rise in admissions by a whopping 70 per cent in 2022, while rivals including Cineworld underwent debt restructuring plans to avoid the looming threat of bankruptcy.
