A service station in Buckinghamshire has been ranked as one of the best in the country.
Beaconsfield Services, which is situated along the M40 motorway, has been voted as one most family-friendly in the UK based on its activities for children.
It has also been praised for its numerous food options.
The study, conducted by electric vehicle leasing company DriveElectric, looked at the number of playgrounds and restaurants at each service station in the UK to determine the stations you should avoid when driving to your summer destinations.

Leeds Skelton Lake service stations, on the M1, is the most family-friendly services in the UK.
With 17 eateries to choose from, and its very own nature reserve on site, the service scores a full 10/10 in DriveElectrics study.
In second place is Beaconsfield Services.
The service has 16 eateries and a children’s play area and scores a high 9.95/10.
Cherwell Valley Services in Bicester and Cobham Services in Surrey are joint for third place with a score of 9.67/10.
Both service stations have 13 eateries and a children’s play area, making it a great place to stop off on family road trips.
