German Shepherd Bella, a five-year-old loveable girl, is currently in search of a new forever home at Dogs Trust.
Bella, who first arrived at the trust in 2020, suffered from a tight collar and harness that had embedded themselves into her skin.
After a difficult couple of years, Bella is now hopeful to find a home where she can settle permanently.
Known for her intelligence, Bella loves engaging in training sessions and learning new tricks.
However, she would need to be the only pet in her new home.
Despite her initial wariness around new people, Bella quickly warms up to them and is incredibly affectionate towards her friends.
Richard Moore, the Centre Manager at Dogs Trust Harefield in West London, described Bella as a clever and lovely girl who just needs someone to take a chance on her.
She already knows a variety of commands including 'sit,' 'down,' 'paw,' 'stay,' 'touch,' and 'focus.'Ideally, Bella would thrive under the care of an experienced owner who can effectively manage her interactions with strangers and unfamiliar dogs.
However, it is important to note that Bella will need to be leashed and muzzled when in public.
She is, however, trained to accept the muzzle without any issues.
If you believe you can offer Bella the loving home she deserves, visit the Dogs Trust website at https://www.dogstrust.org.uk/rehoming/dogs/german-shepherd-dog/1242338.
Bella is eagerly waiting for the chance to become a permanent part of your family.
