A WOMAN in her 60s has died after police were called to Beaconsfield.

Thames Valley Police were called to investigate Hedgerley Lane, Beaconsfield on the morning of Thursday, August 3.

Two ambulances and five police cars were seen in the area and an eyewitness said "both ends of the road were shut off." 

The passerby said the incident appeared to be linked to 'a house in Malthouse Square' off Hedgerley Lane.

Thames Valley Police have since confirmed that a woman in her 60s passed away.

Her death is being treated as unexplained, but not suspicious.

A spokesperson said: “Thames Valley Police was called by South Central Ambulance Service at around 8.55am on Thursday (3/8) to Hedgerley Lane, Beaconsfield.

“Tragically, a woman in her sixties passed away. 

“The death is being treated as unexplained, but not suspicious, and a file is being prepared for the coroner.”
