JAMES KENNEDY, 20, of Trinity Circle, High Wycombe, pleaded guilty to drink driving in High Wycombe on April 27 this year with namely 99 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 25 months, reduced by 25 weeks and fined £865. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £346.

AIDEN MITCHELL, 18, of Church Avenue, Aylesbury, indicated guilty to possession of a quantity of a Class B drug – namely cannabis, in Aylesbury on April 19 this year. He was given a period of conditional discharge of 12 months. There was an order for the drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Mitchell will also need to pay a £26 victim surcharge.

JAMES FIELD, 32, of Abbots Reach, Long Crendon, High Wycombe, pleaded guilty to damaging a mattress under the value of £5,000 belonging to Thames Valley Police in Maidenhead on April 29 this year. He was given a community order to abstain from alcohol for 48 days. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

MARCIN FABERSKI, 39, of Brindley Avenue, High Wycombe, was found guilty of damaging kitchen frames, mugs, plant pots, signs and a table to the value of £172 on May 16 last year as well as one count of harassment between May 15, 2022 and May 16, 2022 and failing to surrender to court bail. He was given a community order to abstain from alcohol for 120 days as well as ordered to pay £175 in compensation and a £67 fine.
